1. Acceptance of Terms

We provide professional exterior and interior construction services including, but not limited to:

3. Licensing, Insurance & Compliance

Peter’s General Construction LLC operates as a licensed and fully insured contractor in the State of New Jersey.
All work is performed in accordance with applicable local and state building codes. Required permits will be obtained when applicable.

4. Estimates, Proposals & Pricing

All written estimates are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Pricing may change due to:

  • Additional damages discovered after work begins

  • Changes in material pricing

  • Customer-requested changes or project upgrades

Any pricing changes must be approved in writing by the property owner.

5. Insurance & Claims

We offer assistance with insurance claims; however:

  • We do not act as a licensed insurance adjuster

  • Claim approval is determined solely by the insurance carrier

  • The customer is responsible for deductibles and any non-covered repairs

All insurance payments must be issued promptly in accordance with applicable law.

6. Payments & Financing

  • Payment schedules are outlined within each contract

  • Late payments may result in late fees or service delays

  • Financing options, if offered, are subject to third-party credit approval

The customer agrees to pay in full for all completed and approved work.

7. Warranties

Workmanship warranties are defined in individual contracts.

Manufacturer warranties apply only to registered products and are provided by the manufacturer—not the Company.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by severe weather, neglect, or misuse

  • Work altered by others after completion

  • Pre-existing structural issues or improper ventilation

  • Vandalism or homeowner negligence

8. Property Access & Safety

The customer is responsible for providing:

  • Safe access to the property and working areas

  • Protection of pets, children, and personal property

The Company is not responsible for pre-existing damage or leaks prior to work commencement.
